Born and raised in New Zealand, I’ve now called Banff home for the last six years, nestled amongst Canada’s Rocky Mountains.

I am a Full Spectrum Doula helping expecting parents in the Bow Valley have empowered, embodied, autonomous births with spiritual & holistic support..

I created this space as an offering to my community.
After years of infertility and multiple pregnancy losses, I found myself seeking information, community and support.

In 2021 I completed my 200hr YTT under Erin Evans and now proudly share my passion for the practice of Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation with other students.

It is my greatest wish to extend community, support, resources and love to all who need it.
