let movement

be your medicine

Practice with me

I found yoga when I was 17 in the back of a gym class, I had little direction in life and even less body awareness.
I knew pretty quickly I was in love with this kind of movement, it was the first time I had ever connected with my physical body in a way that was loving and positive and lacking the internal questioning of what everyone else was thinking or what I could be doing better.

I spent the better part of the next
13 years practicing with different teachers around the world, ebbing and flowing, and always coming back to my mat.
I now share my love of yoga with others so that they too can feel how it feels to place an altar at their feet and meet a new version of themselves.

Practice with me in person each week at Flow State Yoga Studio in Banff, or enquire about private bookings below.

I hope you join me!

The magic
of sound healing

A therapeutic, full-body listening experience that uses the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and other instruments to promote deep relaxation and restoration.

The vibrations move through and around your body, helping to calm your nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and bring your energy into balance.

As the tones and vibrations wash over you, your brain waves slow, guiding you to a peaceful state between wakefulness and sleep.

We close our practice with a few moments of silence, giving your body and mind time to integrate before slowly returning to the space around you.

Experience the stillness, softness, and magic for yourself.

  • Teale is a kind spirit with a gentle soul. Thoughtful and patient, the space she holds for her students is a safe haven, filled with love and the very best energy. I very much look forward to her classes every week. She communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable. I encourage everyone to try out one of Teale’s classes!

  • Absolutely love Teale's classes. She’s in tune with her students experience level and how to direct me (a beginner) through the poses whilst at the same time offering advanced options to the more experienced students in class.

  • Teale's classes are like wading through warm honey. Her soothing voice and ethereal presence create a warm and inviting space to dive into the complexities of body and mind. I always leave her classes feeling more grounded and at ease. If you haven’t tried one of her classes you’re missing out.
