Preparing for Birth:

A Prenatal Yoga Series

A whole-body approach to pregnancy, combining safe movement, nervous system regulation, and practical tools to help you feel prepared, informed, and empowered for birth.

This four-week program is designed to support you in feeling prepared, empowered, and deeply connected to your body and baby.

Each week, we explore a different aspect of pregnancy and birth, combining gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to help you move with confidence and ease.

🤰 Week 1:
Foundations – Safety, Trust & Connection
Understand how your thoughts, environment, and fear influence your body, and learn to cultivate a sense of inner safety and trust in your body’s natural wisdom.

🤰 Week 2:
Breath as a Tool for
Pregnancy & Labour
Learn practical breathing techniques to meet sensations with ease, regulate your nervous system, and ride the natural waves of labour.

Week 3:
The Pelvis – Space, Mobility & Trust
Discover how the pelvis moves and adapts, how instinctual movement supports baby’s descent, and how to soften and release your pelvic floor through mindful breath and visualization.

Week 4:
Strength, Endurance & Surrender
Integrate everything you’ve learned, movement, breath, mindfulness, and stillness to prepare physically and mentally for labour, building endurance while learning to surrender without losing power.

Throughout the program, you will develop tools you can carry into labour and beyond: practical movements, breathwork, visualization, and mindfulness practices to help you meet intensity with calm, trust your instincts, and navigate birth with confidence.
