The Portal
An in-person, two day childbirth education course for couples.
The Portal is my most comprehensive childbirth education offering designed for those who what to get intentional in their birth prep.
I’ve witnessed and supported many, many, families through the beautiful and often intense journey of labour and birth.
Labour and childbirth will ask you to go somewhere you may have never accessed before, to journey inward, trust your body fully, and to move through intensity with intention.
The Portal is a compilation of everything I’ve learned and found most supportive while working with couples in real-life birth spaces — at home, in birth centres, and within the hospital system.
It is comprehensive, evidence-based, and designed to bring you together as a birthing team so you have the tools to enter your birth feeling informed, empowered, and fully autonomous in your choices and decision-making.
This is a deep dive into the physical, mental, and emotional preparation for birth.
This is a space to learn, ask questions, move, breathe, and connect with your partner and meet other expecting couples.

Here we weave together everything we’ve learnt about labour and birth.
We start off grounding into our partners energy, we set an intention and then we spend a couple of hours simulating moving through each stage of labour - applying counter pressure, anticipating her needs, coaching breathing, helping her body to soften, maintaining a calm environment. -
We share feedback about how it felt to implement the tools and practices we have learnt over the last two days.
A final chance to ask any questions or discuss any points in more depth before closing out our time together. -
A final moment of quiet intention with your partner to close out our weekend in the birth portal together.
