Your Next Step Starts Here
I’m passionate about helping parents-to-be feel informed, confident, and connected as they prepare to welcome their baby. Each of my courses weave together my deep love of anatomy, movement, breathwork, and childbirth education to help you truly understand and trust your body, embracing and celebrating labour rather than fearing it.
Every offering is created with heart, intention, and real-world experience.
Whether you’re stepping into parenthood for the first time or growing your family, these sessions are here to empower, educate, and remind you that you are capable of more than you know.

The Portal
Four times a year, I host The Portal, an in-person, two day childbirth education course for couples. It’s a deep dive into the physical, mental, and emotional preparation for birth.
This is a space to learn, ask questions, move, breathe, and connect with your partner and meet other expecting couples.
My hope is that you will walk away from our weekend together with a reverence for your body and its capabilities, an understanding of what supports physiological childbirth, the confidence and autonomy to navigate the birth environment you choose and practical tools you and your partner can implement during every stage of labour and postpartum.
This is my most comprehensive childbirth education offering — everything you need to navigate your experience with autonomy
(Course Launches May 2026)
Dad To Doula
This 2-hour webinar is designed for couples, partners, friends, or family, anyone who wants to step into the role of birth support with total intention. You’ll move from feeling unsure to feeling confident, capable, with practical tools you can implement during labour and birth.
We’ll cover the biomechanics of labour so your birth partner understands what’s happening in the body and how to best support the process — from hands-on comfort measures and breath cues to emotional support and advocacy. By the end, you’ll both feel ready to navigate birth as a calm, united team.
Every download also receives a free Dad to Doula Pocket Guide, a handy digital reference filled with tips and reminders to keep close during labour.
